The Charmilles team addresses emergencies night and day, accounting for more than 600 interventions each year. Please note that the on-call veterinarians do not spend the night at the clinic, which is why you should always call before getting to the clinic. The veterinarian will address your emergency and intervene if necessary.

Can it wait?
Numerous situations can wait for the opening hours: limps, itchings, light diarrhoea or vomiting, small wounds, otitis… If you are in doubt, ask yourself if you would see a doctor with these symptoms.
Please note that the clinic will not foster stray animals. If needed, you can contact the pound, the town council, or the local police.
